Scope & Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand content.
- Capture engaging visuals including short-form videos (TikTok, Reels), interviews, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
- Apply basic motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and music to enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content team to translate creative ideas into compelling video output.
- Optimize video formats, resolutions, and durations based on platform requirements.
- Manage and organize video assets, ensuring proper file naming and storage.
- Stay updated with current video trends, transitions, and storytelling styles, especially for social platforms.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, tone, and campaign objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience with TikTok-style storytelling and UGC content.
- Knowledge of basic photography, lighting, and audio setup.
- Ability to work independently on shoots and meet tight deadlines.
