Scope & Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, and storytelling concepts aligned with brand goals.
- Manage and grow social media accounts through consistent posting, trend monitoring, and community engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare simple reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and clients to produce impactful digital campaigns.
- Research market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to improve campaign performance.
- Assist in influencer marketing, paid ads execution, and campaign coordination when required.
- Ensure brand voice, messaging, and visual identity are consistent across all digital platforms.
Requirements:
- Experience with TikTok trends, short-form video strategy, or UGC content.
- Basic knowledge of ads manager, analytics tools, or SEO.
